HR Generalist - Full Time (Onsite | Agoura Hills, CA)

Pay: $25-$32/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who can confidently support a wide range of HR functions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can seamlessly navigate full-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering with leadership and employees across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations matters professionally, including conflict resolution, performance discussions, documentation, and follow-up.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, files, and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR projects including compliance updates, process improvements, and policy implementation.
• Manage data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Support HR in conducting investigations, exit interviews, and corrective action processes as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to help drive culture, engagement, and consistent communication.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HR experience across multiple HR functions.
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes, onboarding, and employment practices.
• Experience handling employee relations with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficient with ATS/HRIS systems; comfortable learning new platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with a high level of integrity.

Work Environment:
